LLC "Specialized Constructive Bureau" is a modern enterprise having a constuctive, technological and production base, turning out the products in main several areas : development of project documentation, construction and installation of oil and gas hazardous production facilities equipment. (Enterprises where inflammable, oxidizing, combustible materials and toxic substances are derived, used, manufactured, formed, stored, transshipped and destructed, the pressure equipment is used):

 Development of projects (engineering), construction, manufacture and installation of hazardous production facilities equipment in oil and gas and petrochemical industries: filling stations (filling stations, gas filling stations, wide-range filling stations), tank farms, gas pumping stations (GPS), gas refining plants (GRP), facilities of oil products transfer and refineries of different capacity and particular characteristics.

 Manufacture and installation of the equipment of process systems of filling stations, LHG filling stations, GPS, refineries of in-house design or installation of plant-manufactured systems;

 Development and implementation (installation, start-up and commissioning) of control and measuring instruments and automatic equipment (CMIaAE) systems, Process Control Systems of any scale and functionality (from the simple failure control of a single object to the distributed control system of an enterprise as a whole (particularly tracking system of vehicle and level of products in emergency vehicle tanks of an enterprice))

 Architectural and engineering design of buildings and constructions.

Some words about the enterprise

The enterprise was created in 2005 by a  highly-skilled engineering staff of the several project organizations of long standing  specializing in constructive activity at the Russian and CIS major concerns (including OJSC “Energomash (UK )Ltd.”, (former “Atommash”). The staff consists of the skilled engineers, of which one is a Doctor of Engineering Science, one PhD, eighteen design engineers, erecting and installation and start-up crew. Apart from the experienced design engineers, SCB also has professionals of information technology, microelectronics and electrics. Our skilled specialists  conduct scientific research in the field of optimization scheme and raw hydrocarbon deposits handling technology. We dispose a necessary material and technical base for conducting full-scale operations which includes proper industrial and manufacturing sites. The projects are realized by means of a modern licensed software complex, and high-efficiency office equipment enables to make immediate four-color printing of high quality in any format.  Due to the skilled engineering staff and grave quality control  we maintain project documentation satisfying completely modern  demands and standards of quality.

We develop the documentation for the objects of all the regions of Russia and near abroad.

LLC “Specialized Constructive Bureau” is a member of non-profit organization on protection of rights and interests of the persons preparing for the project documentation “Centrregionproekt”. It has a certificate of conformity to the requirements of GOST R-certificate ISO 9001-2001.

News. Information about the site.

Taking into account the experience accumulated in convenient site surfing and information content, a new, third version of our site has been developed.. Some currently central sections have been added, old ones have been deleted. The page ‘Projects and drafts” has been extended.

Compliance with the industrial requirements in the process of designing and constructing will get You rid of emerging of problems with control and inspection authorities, will enable You to exploit Your object safely (provided that there is a safety performance and equipment operating procedure) and will enhance depreciable value to a great extent with possible selling.

It is for the organizations exploiting hazardous production facilities of oil and gas (filling stations, tank farms, facilities of oil product transfer, gas pumping stations and refineries) and particularly for our Customers - that the section “Industrial security/Normative documentation” has been created.  This section contains normative and authorizing documents on the rules of design, constructing and safe operation of the facilities free for downloading  (for guidance only).
