Over the years of our enterprise existence more than 60 projects on construction, reconstruction and modernization of various hazardous production facilities have been developed, mainly:

Filling stations, automatic filling stations, LHG filling stations, wide-range filling stations of different configuration and complexity, service station and convenience retailing, fuel-supply points (including substandard ones and those for large-size transport filling) ;

Tank farms, active storage terminals, facilities of oil products transfer (also to vessels) and oil pump stations;

Gas pumping stations and points (GPS, GPP), liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LHG) storage terminals;

Oil refining complexes, small tonnage plants on fuel oil refining, bitumen production;

Gas supply of facilities, transition of equipment from fuel oil to natural gas

The senior project engineers of LLC “Specialized Constructive Bureau” make a constant performance control over the construction documentation in conformity with the standards, requirements and regulations established by the normative documents. Apart from a continuous optimization of the structural and technological decisions applied there is a steady improvement of graphical and text part of the drafts, layout design, intensity and information content of drafts, as well as of the quality of preparation and legalization of the documentation on the whole in full conformity with the enactment of the RF Government dated February 16, 2008 №87 “On the composition of the sections of the project documentation and the requirements for their content”, by the provision “ On the procedure of consideration of the project documentation of potentially hazardous production activities in chemical, petrochemical and oil-refining industry” and by other authorizing documents.

The project documentation consists of a text (executive summary) and a graphical (working draft) part. The text part usually comprises information on the capital construction object, description of the technical and other decisions made, clarifications, references to the normative and technical documents used under preparation of the project documentation and calculation data giving the grounds for the decisions taken. The graphical part shows technical and other decisions taken and is made as drafts, schemes, plans and other documents in a graphic form. I.e. in the construction process in order to bring into realization architectural, technical and technological decisions which are in the project documentation for the construction object there is a development of project and working documentation including the documents in a text form, working drafts, specification of the equipment and products.

Preparation and legalization of the project documentation is made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on official secret.
